"We absolutely loved this place, such a big apartment much bigger than we were expecting. Really conveniently located and so close to everything we needed. Staff were great helping us with our bags and taxis. Only thing I would feedback is given how much room we had the bathrooms were very small. The smallest double also could do with black put curtain rather than a blind as there was a street light outside. We loved Tromsø and would defo return here if we come back. "

"This property is right on the water and in a great location. Definitely check out the rooftop bar for drinks! My only complaint about the place is that the showers are very poorly structured - water gets all over the bathroom."

"The room was comfortable. The staff was very nice, except the TV in my room was "on" (grey light)..the remote would not work to turn it off, and I could not access the plug. The receptionist tried to fix it, but couldn't then she called the maintenance who never showed up. I asked about it 3 times, but it was never resolved. "We got a hotel room last minute when our plane was cancelled. Service and the rooms were satisfactory and we were very happy with the breakfast, but found the price very high - price for value is really questionable."

"Really cool hotel. The breakfast was very good and with a good price (taking into consideration the prices in Norway). Very clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff and the location is really close to the center of the town. The room was a little small, but still more than enough for two people. The bed was comfortable, there was a smart TV which was nice, so we could stream over our own Netflix account."

"Ok opphold. Obs hvis du booker leilighet ingen heis og steil trapp. Heis i hotelldelen. Bra rom. De ansatte i resepsjonen er huggelige og veldig hjelpsomme, spesielt Klaudia, hun er ekstremt service minded.Ok frokost. Beliggenhet er perfekt, men mye måkeskrik nesten gele døgnet."
