"OK for overnight stopover. You get what you paid for. Old house, heating did not work in the room. Common use bathrooms on the first floor. Rooms are upstairs. On positive side: cheep, tidy, heated floor in the bathroom. Bus stop is in walkable distance. &20 cab to Terminal 5."

"The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day. I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address. "Our experience with this property was unacceptable from the start. When we arrived, the host had lost our reservation—we had to call them just to gain access. Once inside, we found the house in a filthy and unsafe state. A full bag of garbage sat on the kitchen floor, a dirty mattress leaned against the house, and a bottle full of cigarette butts was outside. The cleaner admitted, “Oh, I forgot to clean,” swapped out some sheets, and left. But the space remained unsanitary—greasy dishes, dusty...

"The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The room was well appointed. The staff was excellent - helpful with travel information and directions, courteous and friendly. There was a comfortable lounge with coffee drinks and tea available at all times. The hotel is well located, just off Trafalgar Square, with easy access to several Underground lines, and within easy walking distance to many popular sightseeing destinations and several theaters."
