"Too many noise. Impossible to sleep. Many children in the corridor."

"We were greeted by a great service by Sabrina! She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the questions we presented. She was an excellent staff! Even the ladies from the kitchen were amazing. Sabrina you are a gem🙏"

"Stayed here recently and had mixed feelings. The cleaning staff were genuinely nice, but the rest of the staff weren’t very friendly, and a few interactions came across as a bit sarcastic. Be warned: rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, so you can easily run out of toilet paper and towels in between. I’m not sure how this qualifies as a 4-star hotel without daily cleaning. "Solides Hotel mit guter Tram-Abindung. Kleines Frühstück aber mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Frühstück für 15 Euro pro Person = ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr sauberes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal."

"Very good access into the city via tram."

"Beau mais des traces de moisissure sur les porte de salle de bain"

"Okay hotel, Great location. Very chic possibly to suit the younger generation. Rooms are very dark and lighting is not great for us older folk"

"It was very easy to check in and out and it was located right by a bus station which made it easy to commute around during our stay!"

"Outstanding hotel in every way! Great location to walk everywhere. Staff over the top friendly and extremely helpful and pleasant. Excellent customer service! Would highly recommend and will stay there whenever I return to Strasbourg."

"Très bel hôtel très propre Bon petit déjeuner Petit bémol pour le pain sans gluten qui est un peu compliqué à manger par sa forme et sa texture Sinon je recommande"
