Staff is extremely helpful with anything you need, be it to get transport, help you with your bags or make recommendations of where to eat or a good price of things. We had an issue with ants or some tiny bugs in our bathroom (also almost 40° C weather) and they made sure to take care of it and make sure we were comfortable.
