"From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. The room was comfortable and spacious. A few minor maintenance issues but nothing that affected our enjoyment. The breakfast was varied and fresh and plenty of it. The pool was unheated as expected, but a refreshing relief from the heat of the city. The pool area is beautiful and a tranquil oasis from the busy medina."

"Our reservation was for two nights but one and one. (We had to travel after one night and come back to stay for one more night.) we paid same amount for same conditions. The first room was amazing but the second room was just the oppozite of the first one. We were very disappointed."

The staff were so friendly, the breakfast was amazing and plentiful and the daily afternoon snacks were much appreciated as were the dates, cookies and fruit left each day in the room. On departure we were given a bag of food for our onward journey and some argan oil toiletries. Both were unexpected and summed up the level of service at the hotel. Would absolutely recommend "
