Expedia say request to towel change in bed sheet, but very rudely and no good service either there and We stay five night. We struggling we keep request them not draining water kitchen sink, so how I can make cooking, arrange Maintenance people so fix my kitchen sink so draining water But we stay fine, but no one coming. They say we don’t have this moment,...

"Well sotuated property with everything needed for a longer stay. Cons: one bedroom had no plugs, and there were webs around the top of the sink. Other than that, we were happy with the stay"

"Great location! Beautiful views. Rooms are small. No cleaners for the entire stay; at the end of your visit you’re asked to sweep, strip the bedding, wash + dry dishes, and empty the bins (probably own fault for not being aware of this). Plenty of choices of where to eat, and local supermarket. In walking distance of local towns. "

"Check in was at 5pm which was a bit later than expected and pool closed at 7pm. Overall we had a great stay for a night"

"A somewhat worn down resort, 2 small pools no other shared facilities. Some cafés, restaurants and a good grocery store very close by though. Also very close to swimming lake (Lac de Saint-Cassien, recommended), Cannes, the Riviera etc. A holiday home - not suitable for short stays due to cleaning costs and not so flexible check-in hours. Check-in after 19 possible, but has to be arranged. Staff didn't speak English on the phone - code exchange was difficult. Read the fine print - Hotels.com...

"This is a great hotel in a beautiful location. The apartment was big and well equipped. The receptionist and the manager were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with train reservations. They helped and did not give up until it was sorted."
