"I sent one of our team leaders here for work in Regina. During the night, a large piece of ice came down from the roof and hit the rental car causing significant damage. In the morning when we tried speaking with the management, everyone ran for cover and said they did not deal with that. We asked for camera footage which apparently they do not have. The follow up is now our insurance company and the rental company will work out the details and pursue this hotel.
Good thing the ice only hit the car and not one of the guests. Very poor behavior from this staff. What happened to customer service?"

"It was a very quiet room and dark for sleeping. Not a big room but plenty large enough for us. The only problem we had was there was only one pillow each provided which was fine for my husband but I need more. I asked at the front desk and they gave me another one."

"The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was nicely clean and had all the amenities needed by my family and I. It was a last minute reservation and it was great. Complimentary breakfast was great and kept tidy. Highly recommended! Will be staying again upon our return."

"You get what you pay for… $90, tv wasn’t great and the breakfast… I don’t know if you can call that a breakfast, the AC worked pretty good tho."

"Room desperately needs a deep clean—the curtains are stained , and the lampshades . The blinds were broken and difficult to open and close . The bathroom sink , under the ledge and the over flow hole is disgusting and visibly soiled . The caulking around the tub was visibly dirty . A thick layer of dust was on the mini fridge and baseboards .
The breakfast was terribly over priced for fake ham and I’m sure fake cheese in the omelette. The waffles were clearly frozen and the put into a toaster and up sold . Overall disappointed in the price of the room per night relevant to the state of the room . "
