"Coralie and her staff were always so nice and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of delicious options. The property is conveniently located close to the beach and a couple really good restaurants. We 100% preferred the beach in line with the hotel compared to the private one that the shuttle brings you to because you’re dependant on the shuttle service to get back which was not reliable when we were there and much more uncomfortable rocks under our feet. "Inside the hotel, the property is clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts are very attentive. The room was very comfortable. While there is a gated parking lot in the back, the street is on a steep hill, which requires a steep set of concrete stairs to get up and down to walk anywhere, including public transportation. "It was a beautiful property, completely private. Wasnt sure from online but it looked like it was walkable to sea but you just can see the water. You also can not walk to other parts of town as its a gated properyy up on a hill. But the grounds are beautiful trees and flowers and bushes. "

"We were travelling from Syracuse to Milan and had a 7 hour stopover waiting for the night train from San Giovanni. This was a perfect haven being 10 minutes walk from the station/ ferry terminal which allowed us to get a shower and a few hours sleep. Friendly and helpful staff allowed an early check in. Room was air conditioned and comfortable and the shower was large and hot"

"Stayed here for almost two weeks and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Villa Princi was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. Easy to get around and in a great location for exploring both Calabria and Sicily. I actually spent the first 5 days driving around Sicily. The host was incredibly helpful. She gave me dining tips, pointed me to legit olive oil spots, and had some nice pastries and even some eggs if requested. Breakfast was perfect for me.
