"Room nice and clean. The only downfall was they are doing construction, which no one informed me. The entire first floor was a construction site."

"Everything was great very comfortable the view was nice, it was quiet, breakfast was great! Shopping next door, the front desk wasnt very welcoming but it didn’t bother us she just looked pissed off and probably thought we were going to cancel but we didn’t. She can just be more smiley. I worked front desk before so I know how annoying it can be but I always smiled even on bad days. "

"Family friendly.. Staff was nice… Only suggestion is if they can open the hall way windows so there can be some kind of ventilation and the hotel won’t smell in closed "

"A few things I was not happy with: Asked if we could check in a little early and we would pay….was told no, not at all or be charged another day, 2) no hairdryer or iron , I asked for iron and told no at first….but then was told they had one and they needed my id to use it, It wasn’t bad, it was clean……but I won’t stay there again…."

"Our weekend stay was perfect! It was quiet and staff members from front desk to maids were very sweet. Everything was clean and our room had the perfect amenities. Comfortable bed and shower was perfect. Thank you Hyatt we will be back "
