"The parking lot was littered with trash. The noise in the parking lot was loud in the middle of the night. The shower in the room partially operated with half the water coming out of the spicket and half out the shower head."

"Stayed here for a couple of nights and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The room was spacious with a full-size refrigerator and kitchenette, which was a nice bonus even for a short stay. The staff was friendly, breakfast was better than expected, and the location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again when passing through Frederick."

"The property has seen better days. The exterior doors are filthy and banged up. The room itself seemed to be clean but the bathroom is so dated it would hard to say. Breakfast was fine. The staff is nice and friendly. Don’t think I can say that I will be staying here again unless it is renovated."

"The hotel rooms are showing their age. Good location but the rooms need remodeling/updating. Bathroom sink was dirty with hair. Some of the light bulbs in the bathroom were out. Handle on the shower/tub was stripped so we had to be very careful about setting the water temperature before getting in the shower. Beds were fine, although not sure if the A/C could keep up."

"Night person not friendly . Kind of rude when asked questions. Told me to take garbage to dumpster. Noone came to get trash or clean or bring new towels. was there since Thursday. Cleaning staff was nice when I asked for a broom. to clean up the floor after 2 days of a 4 yr old. Price for market a little expensive."

"This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Walking into the hotel it smelled terrible. Upon checking in I was told the elevator wasn’t working. This was a big inconvenience since I was traveling with children and we had to carry all of our bags up. The room smelled like cat pee. I had to find a Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies. All the lamps didn’t work and it was only one outlet in the room .I would not recommend stay at this location!!!!!"

"My husband recently stayed here for one night and had a very pleasant experience overall. The bed and breakfast was exceptionally clean, quaint, and quiet, making it a nice place to relax and unwind. Parking was easy, with plenty of available street parking nearby. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, which added to the charm of the stay. "For an older, two story property without elevators, the Hotel is above-average. AC in my room was excellent and reliable, bed and pillows were so comfy and of excellent quality. Breakfast was hot, fresh and varied daily, and my coffee addiction was well served!! Staff is friendly, accommodating and pleasant and the TV selection was better than most. Overall, a top-notch choice."
