Hotel Dekat Regal UA Falls

"The staff were very nice and friendly but the room was not clean, the room smells musty,I found something in the bathroom wall that looks like blood. I would never go back to that place."

"The cleaning needs improvement, and a few small details need attention."

"Great location plenty to do"

"Staff are amazing however, expect a rooms that are dated with a dreary look and feel to it. The hallways are dimly lit on the negative end of the scale.Bedding and towels and are extremely old and and needs replacement. This is experience was like that of a motel (sleep and get out asap) and not a place to relax and unwind."

"Rooms smell bad not clean. Bed is dusty more noise in 3 floor"

"Overall stay was good. Wish the rooms had trash bags, but overall good hotel."

"I liked the spacious clean rooms and convenient location."

"Very nice ,clean , all the emennities that I need were available. Friendly staffs . GreT room ."

"My initial contact with this hotel was with a very rude valet. Valet parking is required at a very costly extra. My room was ok…. Not very clean…. Beard trimmings all over the sink, bathtub was dirty, dirt on the walls & shower. They “compt-ed” me with two bottles of water & chocolates, cleaned the room….( better). They’re understaffed and when I asked for my car ( usually 10 minutes) it took over 1/2 hr."
