"It is a nice hotel in a kind of unexpected area (iffy). It’s location in a reasonable drive to UW, taking backroads. Although it is in a very noisy area, and our room faced the freeway and light rail, it was not bad once it was night. The accommodations were very comfortable. We were only there for one night, but it met our needs. The hotel seems secur for your vehicle as well as yourself, with good lighting in the gated parking garage. Staff were friendly. Liked the healthier breakfast choices....
"Great little hotel. Rooms were clean,comfy, and very quiet, even tho right near the i5. Convenient location with gas stations, McDonalds, Starbucks, 7/11, and a few small restaurants, all next door.
Only small "eh" I have, is the $10 parking charge per vehicle.
Other than that, great hotel at an affordable price. Would def book again."
"The in room coffee machine did not work. I used the microwave to heat the water. The desk staff was super helpful and gave us pointers about travelling down town. There was a metro line stand right outside of the motel."

"Overall great stay, bldg is bit outdated and walls are thin so you’ll need other rooms door close/open in the morning but general overall positive stay. $20 for parking, they got free drinks (ipa/beer/apple juice etc)for guests"
"Great service and breakfast. Room was clean and spacious - even had a full kitchen! Bed was comfortable. Only complaint was the area and view was not the nicest. But the hotel takes precautions and locks their parking lot at night. "
"My partner and I are long-time locals who decided to stay here for a special celebration. The Lodge is located in the heart of a dense urban area on property that used to be a seminary. The seminary buildings have beautifully restored and are surrounded by acres of forests with walking trails to the beach. Everything was lovely and quiet. The avocado toast was superb. The staff was warm and friendly. Will return again soon."
