"Virtual assistant was very different from the norm. Room was nice and big. I was not a fan of the bathroom sink being in the living area as it also had a bed. So it was a bit bothersome with the noise and lights when others in your party had to use it."

"Clean room. Good, safe parking. Close to the beach and the park. It's cool you can just hop on the N and go into the city. Its my favorite place to stay in San Francisco. I highly recommend!"

"Walking in the first thing I notice was the rooms were extremely small. No biggie. But then a few major things like plumbing was backed up so shower water filled up the floor and same thing with the bathroom faucets.. the power outlets did not work so I couldn’t charge my phone which ended up being a major issue for my night out. One of the worst properties I have stayed at. To make matters worse there is no one to physically talk to for check in so it just made it all that much more difficult....

"Such a clean and charming bed and breakfast with so much character. The shared spaces are welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic each and every day! The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of food options and corner stores nearby. If you drive here, parking is challenging but not impossible I look forward to staying here again in the future."

"It was a really nice area to stay. Loved it had microwave and little refrigerator. It’s not a luxurious place, but it definitely works for on budget place to stay while visiting the city."

"Our stay was okay. The staff are really nice and helpful, so nothing they can do to improve an old building. The rooms are nice and clean, very spacious with good amenities. The shower has amazing water pressure. Our only issue was that there is no sound proofing whatsoever. We were able to hear the guests next to us as if they were in the room with us, woken up by their voices every morning at 6am as they were getting ready.
