Hotel Dekat Regal Cielo Vista

"The man working the front desk was very kind and helpful, very customer-service oriented. The property location is easy to get in and out of the parking lot, but parking is pretty limited. They were booked up last night and there was no parking available except on the very backside of the lot. There is also graffiti on the side and back of the building, and it looks pretty sketchy out back. There are no elevators to the 2nd floor. This is not a handicap friendly or accessible hotel. "Workers were so sweet amazing for the price definitely will be back next time"

"Place was ghetto, in a rough part of town and it was not clear from the description that this a motel with your room door facing the outside of the "hotel" which is completely unsecured. I pulled up after dark and did not feel comfortable checking in as a single female traveling alone with a child. Booked at a different Best Western near Six Flags and it was a world of difference!"

"It's a good place to stay"

"Had an OK experience checking in, however, rooms were dirty and stained and humid, they also had no trash cans. One of the rooms had a giant mysterious stain by the headboard. TV in second room did not work, they kept my deposit for both rooms because we used one rag to take off white face paint. Would not recommend to anyone with little ones or dogs as I overheard the clerk and the manager thinking of ways to take another guest deposit because they had one in their room that they paid for."

"It was a great stay, room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of food options in walking distance. Only thing that I wish was better was the WiFi. And front desk lost my deposit, I have to wait for manager to see what happened."

"I stayed here for one night—my first time in this area. The receptionist was very pleasant, but I was shocked upon entering the room: the top door lock was broken, and there was an unpleasant odor suggesting a lack of cleanliness. The sofa was covered in stains, while the bed and pillows were yellow and smelled as though the linens hadn't been changed. After two hours, I realized it was absolutely impossible for me to sleep there. I went down to check out, but the staff member on duty—a...

"Staff was great, friendly, and kind. I cant complain. And to my surprise, they had fountain drinks and popcorn, which was perfect. Enjoyed complimentary breakfast annnnnd dinner. That in itself deserves 5 stars. Overall, great stay. I would return back."

"We only have the breakfast one time in our 5 nights stay .Quality of breakfast needs to be improved"
