There were pictures on the website of the water park, and my 5 children were so excited. What they don’t tell you is it’s not included, it actually costs $20 a person! "Upon arriving the receptionist was on the phone with the elevator repair people for broken elevators. She needed help from the manager who was indifferent about the whole broken elevator situation and grabbed her stuff and went home, leaving the receptionist to deal with it alone. When it was our turn to check in, she acted as if we would carry all of our luggage up the stairs ourselves but did offer to "store" it in a storage area.
