"Great experience! We were in town to get an emergency passport! We had great customer service, easy check-in and room smelled really good. Front desk called to make sure room was ok, which I was suprised. Room was not nothing fancy but it was clean and it served its purpose. Morning staff were very couteous as well. Chair covers in area where breakfast is served are warn out, but other than that, we were pleased with our experience!"

"My family and I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. We love the breakfast and indoor pool. We did have issues with room entry with the slide card. It would be nice if they upgraded to tap card entry. Staff is wonderful!!"

"This property was great. We attended a show at the coliseum and there is a walkway from the hotel to the coliseum! They also offer free shuttle service. There is shopping close by and options for food. I would definitely stay here again."

"Suleena, the front desk agent, allowed me and my sister to check in early -rather than wait hours for check-in time. Rooms were fully accommodating and spacious. Continental breakfast was tasty, and there were good dining options within walking distance. Nick & Dan's bbq was delicious. Airport was a short, free shuttle ride away. I would definitely return."

"Even with a number of fine motels at EVERY exit in North Charleston, the Residence Inn has very good points of its own. I'd vote for the full-size refrigerator, among others, and this establishment has many good parts of its own, as well. Good place!"
