Hotel murah di Redfield

"There was mold along the caulk in the shower. There were no trash bags in any of the bins when we checked in nor when room service came to tidy up the room while we were gone. The room was so humid that the floors were sticky, including the carpet, and the beds felt wet upon getting in them. The indoor pool had leaves all in the bottom of it, and it was not very “heated”. "My room was perfect. Front desk staff were so very helpful and so very friendly. Breakfast was a great option and was fresh hot and tasty. I will stay here again if I come back to Benton. This was truly the best small motel I have ever stayed at. I rate this hotel right up there with the expensive fancy hotels."

"The airport shuttle was not available due to not having a driver. It was a little stressful but they were able to get another shuttle show up within 20 minutes. There was a group of people on my floor who opened and slammed their door no less than a dozen times at about 3 am. Very rude and unnecessary."

"The air conditioner in our room would not maintain temperature. The room would get cold and then get hot all night long making it difficult to stay asleep. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. Aside from the AC issue it was a great stay."

"We had a quick stay, just for one night, then off to the airport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We needed to leave quite early to catch a flight. The shuttle was quick and efficient. We even got a quick bite to eat or coffee to go."

"The security latch /lock on the door was missing half. The windows was a two piece held together with clear tape. The trim on the bottom of the wall was missing in places and fell off laying in the floor in other spots. They actually give you a plastic bag with your soap,wash cloth,towels and toilet paper. ( like am I in jail ?) And the ice machine is falling apart no scoop . Nothing in the room to get ice with. No ice bucket no cup nothing."

"To start it is a quick 5 minute or less drive to the airport. The staff was great and friendly. The breakfast was awesome with a omelet station made to order, and biscuits and gravy, muffins, waffles, Eggs, Sausage. I stayed in room 419 it was clean, the bed was soft/firm but good. The only thing way the mildew smell witch I let them know about when lift cause I was only staying 1 night anyway and I think it was coming from the AC unit. They said they would have there maintenance guy look...
