The staff was very friendly all around. They were honest and helpful in their suggestions. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We reserved a deluxe king balcony room. Got a not so nice room on ground floor, no balcony 5 x 5’ patio with bark dust and parking lot view. The desk doubled down that we requested a ground floor patio.We did not. Too bad… liked our previous room here.

This property is within walking distance to the convention center and the sundial bridge. There is a restaurant (Mosiac) next to the Sheraton, so you don’t have to leave the property. It has a good menu and a full bar, if you want a night cap. This hotel also has a large heated pool and a jacuzzi. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to visiting Redding again in the near future and we will not stay at any other hotel, because the Sheraton has it all!!

Runners reunited
We came to run a race based from Sundial Bridge. We loved not having to drive anywhere. Hot tub and pool were awesome after the race. Things we wish were offered: Less cost for 2nd vehicle ($14 seemed steep for off-season) coffee/tea in the lobby. Better quality refrigerator in the room - ours did not work. We ate at both restaurants and loved the foods. I have already told several people how much we enjoyed the stay overall.

We always love staying at the Sheraton Sundial property. Perfect for walks with our dog, great restaurant, and super convenient from I-5. Had super noisy tenants upstairs… need to book top floor next time.

The hotel and staff were excellent. The entire hotel is beautiful, clean, modern and comfortable. The location right next to the Sundial Bridge is perfect. We visited for our 54th anniversary. Loved it!

I love the overall experience of this place. The only minuscule gripe I have is that there isn’t any complimentary coffee that’s ready to go in the lobby. Motel 6 even has hot coffee ready for you to grab. They do offer make your own coffee in the room. Everyone was still asleep in the morning in my room so I didn’t want to make any coffee to disturb them. Other than that this place is perfect!

Very disappointed in our room. Stuffy and not a pretty place to enjoy. I should have taken pictures. We had stayed there a couple of years ago but stayed upstairs where it must have been updated. Room 118 was not beautiful. We got there and opened the sliding door to patio for fresh air right away. The sheer curtains look horrible, which I noticed opening door. The whole room needs an extreme makeover. Very dark and depressing . Definitely not even worth the price we paid. We will not return in the future. The Sheraton will not be on our Hotel list any longer. We had breakfast there in the restaurant, all employees were very welcoming and food was delicious.

Lovely hotel with two small nitpicks to share. 1. Housekeeping was so early to clean our room that by the time we returned, they'd already gone past our room and the onus was on us to reschedule them. Which means we ran out of towels and had to request them twice at the front desk to get more. 2. There was a death metal rock concert next to the parking lot playing there that Saturday night that was absolutely deafening. Our room was less than a 1000 feet from it. A bit of notice either at checking in or offering to put our room on the opposite side from the concert would have been nice. It could not be ignored or drowned out by any measures-- earphones, the tv, closed window.

A sweet one-night stay
The stay was wonderful, and we absolutely loved the special touches for our anniversary. It really was beautiful and so appreciated. The only request I would have would be to change the scent of your bathroom products. They were too strong for us, so we couldn't use them. Otherwise, our stay was fantastic, thank you!
