"I was at this property two years ago and I was blown away and that’s what brought me back this year. However, I was taken aback and not happy. Everything seemed to have gotten worse; quality, service and overall experience. The hotel was one and now it divided into 3, there used to be 5 slides only 2 now and it just seems that they aren’t maintaining the resort like they did. There also used to be a theater which was in good condition now it’s just run down only a few members of animation do the...
