"The host is just so helpful and cheerful, the room is super clean and the attention of detail from the host makes the stay so much enjoyable. Unfortunely for me, my room was the one on the main road and I am a light sleeper, so sleep was not the best experience so agreed with host to reserve a room at the back of the Mas for my next stay. "

"Pleasant property and host Jean-Christophe. After road trip we were looking forward to cup of tea, but no tea & coffee facilities in room. Hadn't planned to travel for dinner but appreciated the restaurant reservation in Perigeux at Hercule Poireau (cave) restaurant, great atmosphere, personable staff and beautifully presented, delicious cuisine. ."

"Quand nous sommes arrivés à la proprieté, la propriétaire nous a dit qu'elle ne faissait plus le service. Alors j'ai essayé de communiquer par texte avec votre service à la clientèle mais c'est très frustrant de ne pas pouvoir parler avec quelqu'un. Finalement, le propriétaire a reservé une chambre avec une autre compagnie. Je ne jamais compris qui a été rn faute mais une hosd est sûre: ma chambre avait été reservé et payée depuis juin. Il faudra communiquer avec les clients si des problèmes...

"Booked a room for seven nights, but checked out after the first night. It was incredibly hot that week, around 105 degrees. The room had no air conditioning, or fans. The windows could not be open during the evening because there were no screens in the windows and with the mosquitoes and bats flying around that was not an option. It was cooler outside than in the room. When I decided to check out the following day the staff were apologetic, but there was nothing they could do. The resort, as of now has not offered a refund for the remaining six nights."
