Very dated. Noisy at night. No firehose on second floor opposite R234. Empty and not replaced. No hand soap in bathroom. No stopper in bath. No water in room. I could go on. Staff were unbelievably rude and incompetent. They tried to double charge me even though it was prepaid and threatened to remove me. I spoke with the Manager on the phone who was worse again than the receptionist. He threatened to call the police and have me removed.Worst place I have ever stayed in terms of customer service! It's dirty and rundown which isn't great. The staff that I spoke with are incompetent, unreasonable, stupid and useless. Fawlty Towers was a palace compared to this place. Quality should be removed from the name.

I had booked for 4 days but was called away after 2 days. The Manager said they would only charge me for 2 days but charged me for the full amount. I was very disappointed about that since at the time of check-in I was advised that if I left early I would only be charged for the nights I stayed.

Based on the price per night we’re very happy with the room, staff and restaurant. Vouchers for the restaurant was an additional bonus. 👏

The facility is rundown. Check-in took too long because they did not have enough staff on to handle the volume. Signage for the elevator and rooms was non-existent. I will never stay at this facility again and will share my thoughts to my friends on social media.

The staff that run this business I can’t say enough about them. It’s a very busy hotel and I can understand why. The house keepers are very thorough. We stayed in red deer for 12 days visiting family so we were in and out a lot. Not once were we not greeted by staff. It may not be a new fancy building, but the staff and their kindness over rides all of that for me. I will book there again in the near future. Thank you quality staff!

Hotel is fine, especially for people who want to catch Red Arrow bus in early hours or inclement weather. We did just that, anticipating -40C weather and difficult to call Uber or taxi in the morning. But the hotel has a policy restricting Red Deer residents staying. Strange policy but it is there. Be aware when you book.

I tryed to get a room for family coming in from out of town, and i was not allowed to. Even tho i booked it on hotels.com. i went in to pay and check in for the room and was told at the front desk because i lived in the same town i was not allowed to book a room. So i had to scramble to find a hotel for my family. I was discusted and will never recomend this hotel.

Fire alarms going off. Asked if I can deal with it. Downgraded rooms with no rebate, nothing. Key not working for room. Went to front desk for keys 4-5 times. Black flies dead all over room. Noise from club next door.

Room never got cleaned between nights. Had to get a plunger at 4:30 in the morning to unplug toilet. Was told they would check it in the morning never did. Was offered $10 for the inconvenience. Checked with another guest and their room was cleaned daily. Front desk staff could of cared less! Don’t stay here if you expect customer service!

We regret your dissatisfaction. We often find the “do not disturb” signs left on the doors are the reason housekeeping and maintenance staff don’t meet our guest’s expectations. They are trained not to disturb.
