"No one was in the office, and the door was closed when we arrived. A notice on the front door said, "Please call this number to get the entry code," but the phone number was unreachable. We contacted Expedia and obtained the correct number. However, when we entered the room, we found it messy. We called again, and a staff member said they had forgotten to clean the room. They cleaned it within 20 minutes. After the cleaning, we found a stain on the bed sheet, but they did not take any further...

"I was on a 9 day motorcycle trip and stayed at hotels each night. I think this was my favorite. Staff were very helpful. Lots of parking. Room was clean, spacious and mine had a small kitchenette. It's walking distance to shopping and dining. It also has a pool, that I didn't use, but it was very private. If you were on the pool deck or in the pool you could not be seen by anyone even on the upper floor of the hotel. One Con: The bathroom fan was loud like a motorboat. That isn't really even a...

"The property is in a great location to Moab. In walking distance to town, restaurants, shops . 10 minutes from Arches National Park. The resort appeared to be new, modern furnishings. Well stocked. Complaints I had which are minor . The bathroom had a sliding door which was very heavy . There was no fan in the bathroom. The walls were very thin because I could hear the conversation from our neighbors in the next room."
