10/10 Excellent
"It was a simple cement block room we stayed in overnight but it was clean and had a small fridge and kettle. The bathroom block was close by and clean . The best was the fun camp spirit, after a long nhike at spectacular kings Canyon we checked in and enjoyed a beveragew on the sunset viewing deck while listening to a musician play live guitar. The cafeteria was big and had a friendly vibe to it again with the same musician playing live music. Food was hearty and good. Overall a great stay in the middle of nowhere well done !!"

The Lost Camel

The Lost Camel

10/10 Excellent
"The Lost Camel was an absolutely wonderful hotel. From the charming staff at check-in, who were incredibly helpful and somehow managed to point you in the right direction even when you didnโ€™t know where you were going, to quite possibly the most comfortable beds ever. And those pillows! My gosh, where do you get those pillows from?! ๐Ÿ˜ But I must mention what was probably the highlight for sheer ease and convenienceโ€”the checkout service. A few of us had extraordinarily early tours on our final morning, and rather than having to get up even earlier, drag our luggage around and queue to check out, The Lost Camel has it sorted. As long as everything is packed and ready, they bring your luggage out for you. Such a simple thing, but when you have an early start, it is an absolutely wonderful service. Charming staff, ridiculously comfortable beds, fabulous pillows and thoughtful service right to the very end. Nailed it, Lost Camel. ๐Ÿ‘ Absolutely wonderful! โค๏ธ"
