The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was clean and simplistic but dated (especially the mattress), it does look as though they are slowly updating things one thing at a time. The A/C worked well. Limited T.V entertainment (2 channels),no access to platforms such as Netflix etc.

Nota Zera para o Rede Andrade Plaza Recife

A primeira vez que encontra duas grandes baratas em um Quarto de Hotel. Terrível! Os apartamentos não foram renovados, mesmo sendo um prédio antigo, a tal Rede Andrade não se preocupa em melhorar a estrutura do hotel. E como em toda a rede hotel Andrade, o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar. Não sei por quê, eles não fazem sucos naturais, como em qualquer outro hotel. Mas não, eles preferem oferecer suco de tinta. É terrível, um dos piores dessa rede Andrade, que estou querendo não mais me hospedar nela. Nota 0 Zero!

Pelo preço da diária esperava mais, hotel e antigo sua estrutura não e das melhores, a noite so vai de carro as ruas são desertas e muito escuras, so compensa que for passar a noite.

Um travesseiro fino e um lençol fino não deu conta do ar condicionado, poderiam colocar pelo menos dois travesseiros por hospede e um edredon. Café da manhã bom, variedades dentro do basico. Terraço e piscina sao um diferencial inesperado. A academia é inexistente, melhor nem falar que tem.
