The entrance by car is very limited and only have two lines. If there are cars parked, it’s a problem to get another car moving if they are picking up ppl. Manager is very unfriendly, ready to debate with guest no matter what. Reception ppl are ok, in particular Rebeca,- very polite and attentive. Extreme noise on the rooms because if all the air conditioning standing just outside the windows; not ever think about open the windows, noise are serious problem.

The staff is excelente specially the cleaning crew, they are the sweetest and kind people ever. However the internet in the rooms are awful. Slow and inconsistent.

The hotel is very well located. A lot of shopping around. Super close to the beach. Staff was very polite and professional. Breakfast was good as well. Cleaning staff needs to give more attention to the stand up shower walls. There was mold between the tiles. Other than this it was a ok experience.

5-star hotel for the budget traveller
I’ve been staying at the LG Inn to visit family in Recife since last year and this was my 4th time since then. This is a hidden gem if you do not expect luxury. The LG Inn charges what it offers with the location being the cherry on top of the cake. Rooms are clean and although the comfort of beds is not super high, their air conditioning is new and quiet, which in my opinion could make it a terrible night otherwise, no matter how comfortable the bed is. Breakfast is repetitive but well made and excellent considering it’s included (it seems to be the norm in Brazil but a nice treat for North American standards). I’ve already booked 3 more upcoming stays at the LG Inn. Consider this the Hilton on the budget hotel category.

Elevators don’t work, gym was in terrible conditions and most machines were broken, electricity went off in the middle of the night up to morning without it, shower has no pressure and water is cold… Disappointing.

The staff is not well trained, they don’t tell everything you need to know, sometimes they lie about things that are not done, they don’t supply items requested on time, and even shut off the AC if you leave your room without previous notice, and when you come back the room it is hot as hell. They don’t have room service, but if you want to bring something to the other one that didn’t want to go to the cafeteria, they don’t allow it. The front desk employees are kind of rude, always trying to not please the customer. In a summary, they have a lot to improve yet.

Not a 5-star but it’s still a very good bargain
13 nights at the LG Inn and I already booked a return. To be fair, you get what you pay for and a bit more because of cleanliness and location. The weak points that need to be improved: 1) only one elevator working but it’s fast and not much of a wait. 2) safety. A friend came to visit me and once he mentioned my name and my room number, front desk simply activated a key card to my room and gave it to him thinking it was me. No ID requested. Elevators do not need key card and anyone can go up to any floor. Points that didn’t bother me but might be a problem for some people: 1) breakfast doesn’t change much. But it’s included in the rate and they don’t run out of food. Totally worth it also for one of the kitchen staff (Rebeca) who’s very professional and friendly. 2) basic furniture, okay mattress, good shower head with hot water. Soap bar is the only amenity item I had. 3) I had a good check-in experience with Adriana but overall the staff is cold to work at a front desk of a hotel. Many times I passed by and the staff was on their personal phones and never acknowledged me which can be a safety drawback. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s in a busy street but the windows block the noise really well. There is a big mall just 5 minutes/10 reais Uber ride away and a big Carrefour supermarket across the street with many services inside including dry-cleaner. Boa viagem Beach is also 3 blocks down the road. In sum l totally recommend LG Inn.

World Cup in Recife
Overall, a good experience with this hotel. The room size was bigger than I was expecting and the king size bed was a nice change. Close to the beach and shopping for those who don't mind walking. Otherwise, a cheap taxi to big shopping malls and farmers market shopping is worth it. I would stay here again if I ever went back to Recife. The rooms don't have WIFI, but they do in the lobby.

O teto do banheiro estava descascando com uma parte da tinta caindo durante o banho, o box tinha sinais de oxidação e falta de limpeza, o registro da água fria do chuveiro caiu durante o último banho, não sendo possível regular direito a temperatura, a parede do ar condicionado estava amarela por infiltração, o espaço visível entre a cabeceira e a parede apresentava sinais de mofo e/ou sujeira. O café da manhã era simples e a depender do horário, faltava talheres e louça.

Não recomendo.
O hotel é apresentado como 4 estrelas, valores de diarias de um bom hotel, mas não oferece condições compatíveis. Cama antiga, baixa e desconfortável, tv antiga só com canais locais, piso antigo, café da manhã com sucos artificiais e o cliente não pode pedir nada além do oferecido. Não tem restaurante, nem serviço de quarto e sequer oferecem prato e talhelhes e taças para quem pede delivery. Lençóis e travesseiros mal cheirosos. Ao retornar para a minha cidade percebi que fui furtada, levaram uma gargantilha e um pingo de luz em ouro branco, guardada na caixa dos meus óculos.

O hotel atende bem, o custo beneficio vale a pena, mas o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, estamos no nordeste, a tapioca deve ser feita na hora, deveria ter um omelete também feito na hora, deveria ter queijo de coalho e de manteiga, os hospedes esperam algo diferente dos hotéis do Nordeste para os hotéis em outras regiões. UM PONTO FRACO FOI A TORRADEIRA QUE ESTAVA MUITO SUJA, PARECIA QUE FAZIA PELO MENOS UMA SEMANA OU DUAS QUE NÃO ERA LIMPA, COM CROSTAS PRETAS QUE SUJAVAM O PÃO, DAVA PRA VER UMA COISA GORDUROSA, A GARRAFA DE CAFÉ ERA DE APENAS 01 LITRO, COM ISSO A FALTA DO CAFÉ ERA CONSTANTE.

Ja é a terceira vez que me hospedo hotel. Bem localizado. Perto de Supermercado, padarias e, principalmente da praia de Boa Viagem. Pela terceira vez, sugiro melhorar o café da manhã. Melhorar as opções. Mais frutas, pães. Estava muito quente o salão do café. Mais funcionários para darem conta da demanda em dias de grandes movimentos. São detalhes que fazem a diferença.
