The hotel itself was amazing. The staff were really helpful when we had an issue with the safe. However, the breakfast was of poor quality. Myself and my partner both got food poisoning from the breakfast. We feel this is down to the buffet style they provide, so the rice has been standing around for a while.

Great place if you want to bring a big family! We got the Villa that slept over 9 people... Had on own private pool to cool down:) I wish there was a screen on the patio of our villa to get some privacy, but not the end of the world. Clean and plenty of space to hang out. For around $500USD a night it was worth it if you want to hang out with a larger sized family. Food was amazing... Breakfast was included and starts at 8am-11am From sandwiches to soup to omelet. Drinks and juices included... Dinning there was pleasant and the food was priced well. We know it is a resort on an island, but the food and drinks were still affordable. Huge menu! so eat away... Staff were very friendly and catered to our wishes... When you see local and natives come here to spend their holiday you know it is legit. Would come back if life brings me back here with my family. plenty of food else where in the area too! clean beach and photo set up areas to take selfies

Läget är fantastiskt med närheten till övrigt utbud som massage, 7Eleven, moppe uthyrning osv men även hotellets café och glass utbud var bra. Stranden är superfin utanför hotellet och fanns Fireshow att njuta av varje kväll. Personalen var trevlig och allt vi beställde stämde. Dock fungerade inte deras App beställnings system alltid smärtfritt, utan det var lite segt ibland. Utcheckningen var den snabbaste jag nånsin varit med om.

Dejligt hotel

God placering lige ved stranden. Dejligt rummeligt værelse. Rent og pænt. Morgenmaden får de ikke mange point for. De kan lave en ok omelet men resten er håbløst. Betjeningen er ok, men kræver anvendelse af en super dårlig app som ikke engang er oversat hel til et sprog jeg kunne forstå (engelsk). Find en tjener ved navn Nangh - så får du god service :-) BEMÆRK: at hver dag kommer der en bus med turister fra Pattaya som af en eller anden grund skal installerede på denne resorts restaurant og strandpladser. Super irriterende. Det forgår fra 10-16 og er et cirkus de dage hvor der er mange med bussen.

Wir waren 2016 schon im Tonsak. Hat sich seither sehr viel zum positiven verwandelt. Allerdings haben uns die früheren Unterkünfte auch sehr gut gefallen. Waren noch ein wenig ursprünglich. Aber die Unterkünfte heute sind modischer und sehr schön

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, zu Fuß 1 Minute zum Beach. Die Holzhäuschen sind nett, aber schon etwas älter. Im Großen und Ganzen ein nettes Hotel. Zu Fuß 5 Minuten bis zur Haupstrasse mit den ganzen Restaurants, sehr gut!

The resort is pretty worn and smelly. The stuff is absolutly unfriendly. The restaurant and the public toilettes are full of chinese day trippers. The beach is full of loud speed boats and jetskis. On the other hand is the location very good if you wanna go out in the evening and the beach is too crowded, but actually beautiful.

Kiinalaisten ryhmämatkakohde

Olimme muutama vuosi sitten samassa hotellissa ja paikka oli ihanan rauhallinen vaikka aamupala olikin olematon. Nyt aamupalaa ei ollut enää ollenkaan ja joka aamu klo 8 jälkeen mökin etualueelle (entinen aamupala-alue) alkoi tulla kiinalaisten matkaryhmiä. Ryhmiä (50-100 henkilöä) tuli tasaisena virtana koko aamupäivän ja paikka oli kuin eläintarha. Aamupalaa syödessämme terassilla kiinalaiset katselivat meitä muutaman metrin päässä ihmetellen. Olipas loma.. ei kiitos enää uudelleen.

Aldrig mer Tonsak resort, fruktansvärt!!!

Vistelsen på Tonsak resort var en stor besvikelse för oss. Resorten fungerade som ett nav för dagturister från Kina. Kl 09 invaderades området av flera 100 personer som slog sig ner överallt bl.a på vår altan. Det var så trångt så man fick be om ursäkt för att komma fram på området. Dagtursiterna rökte, var högljudda och skräpade ner. Några parasoller på stranden fanns inte, fanns i övrigt ingen plats att sitta på, helt fruktansvärt. Personalen var inte hjälpsamma utan var fullt upptagna med att serva dagtursterna mellan kl 09-15. Väl absolut INTE Tonsak resort eller stranden resorten ligger på. Koh Samets som varit så fantastiskt och fint och håller helt på att ätas upp av dagturisterna från Kina.

The location was the best!

The location was perfect. The resort was on the beach and it took really 2 minutes to walk to the main street. Also the beach in this place was the best beach on the island. Rooms were mainly clean. All of the things weren't in good shape but still overall the room was good.

Die Lage und Bungalow war gut. Leider ist der Ressort von morgens bis am späten Nachmittag überflutet von Tagesausflüglern. Die Chinesen kamen zu Hunderten mit den Speedbooten. Belagerten den ganzen Strand und Restaurant. Für die Bungalow Gäste gab es kein Frühstück und kein Lunch. Die Atmosphäre war sehr laut und ungemütlich. Kann das Resort leider nicht weiter empfehlen.

Aldrig Tonsak Resort !!

Den här vistelsen var en besvikelse för oss. Rummen var slitna och eftersatt. Det första jag får uppleva var att när jag skulle tvätta händerna forsar smutsvattnet rakt ner på mina skor. Hela tvättstället var löst. Frukosten skulle serveras från 07.30 och kl 08.00 hade ingen börjat med frukosten och frukosten var den torftigaste vi någonsin fått. Köpte extra från Steven eleven. Vi hade betalt för 5 nätter men bestämde oss för att lämna stället efter 3 nätter och kommer aldrig mer tillbaka till Tonsak Resort.
