Hotel Dekat Raymond Park

"Friendly staff, clean hotel/room. Shower was great"

"I have left a negative survey and I have left three voicemail messages for the manager, Manny. I experienced deplorable conditions, unsafe and hazardous public spaces, and exposure to fecal matter. I would like someone to contact me and I’d like a refund for my hotel stay. I have photos of some of the issues. We were left stranded in the pool area with no towels for an hour. I reported feces all over the bathroom floor on the pool area and was told by Candis that she was the only person staffed...

"The room was beautiful and very clean. We love the view of the river."

"Room was clean, staff helpful. Guess were very loud all hours of the night. Could hear them down the hall. Upstairs loud pacing back and forth around the room. Breakfast: egg was really dry and hard."

"Ice machine broken, notified no more breakfast then to climb into a bed bug infestation"

"Clean rooms and the staff were really friendly."

"Very friendly and accommodating staff. Flexible with checkin"

"Amazing architecture! Beautiful Building! Rooms are fantastic! The only thing that could have been better is pool and hot tub maintanence and the restaurant was very good but for the price and ambience the staff could have been much better! Our reservation was at 8pm and they were open til 10pm. Felt like they had kinda quit working and we were the after thought guests. Just something to think about for future. This was a family dinner and we don't spend that kind of money or get to do that...

"I’ve been choosing this particular hotel every time I’m in town. I drive a tanker truck, and parking has not been a problem. The rooms are clean, it’s quiet at night, and the staff is friendly and helpful."

"Rooms are nice! Staff is super!"

"Everything was perfect! I really appreciated the nightlight in the bathroom"
