"Do not stay here. I had to change rooms because the bathroom and beds and floors were filthy (pubic hairs, stains, food). The faucet on the sink was broken.
We moved to a different room.
The hvac unit did not work by beds in the second room. We stayed multiple nights and only received housekeeping service once. When I asked the front desk (very rude) they said we were supposed to call to request. Funny, we hadn't done so on the day they actually cleaned. We were also locked out of our room at one point for no reason. As a single mom travelling with kids, I cannot in my right mind recommend this place to anyone. There are random/sketchy people walking through and parked in the lot and abandoned truck flatbeds. I asked for a modest refund - nothing. One night because we had unpacked our first evening and had to move after 9pm due to the state of the room. There doesn't seem to be a manager on duty - ever. Again, do not stay here. It is terrible."
