"Supposed to be 100% smoke free....NOT! Because the bathroom exhaust fans are all tied together...my bathroom reeked of cigarettes and pot. The hallway was literally a cloud of smoke. No maid service. My shower had black mold. There was no shampoo in my dispenser or body soap. My coffee machine had no screen to make coffee. And there was cigarette buds all over the grounds. Oh yeah...laundry room...Not. There was 1 machine and 1 dryer...had to wait all day to do 1 load! Dont go! There are long term residences. Bad place!"

"I’m in my early 20s and I usually never write reviews, but this place is so bad. The room smells like weed and it was the opposite of quality. The couple in front of me request requested a new room because they found toilet paper in their bed. I tried to get a refund and they said that I’d have to go through the app I booked through. I booked a whole other hotel cause I couldn’t say there."

"Check in was a nightmare. Key machine did not work and it took over an hour to get in to a room where the key only worked once. After finally getting in I was assigned a different room as we couldn’t get the key to work."
