"While it was a nice stay, I found it somewhat disappointing since there were no staff present. I am 74 years old and have not mastered modern technology. But my wife and I were able to figure things out without too much difficulty. We do prefer human contact when traveling so we can ask questions and engage in conversation with locals. But the room was clean and comfortable- plus in a great location."

"Cruise ships were parked in front of hotel most of the time. So instead of seeing the fjords, you see a cruise ship. The ship left at 9pm but another was back at 630 am.
