Last minute

The hotel was a last minute decision due to leaving another property that was of an unexpected lower standard. My only criticisms are the lack of a safe in my room , one of the socket outlets by the tv was insecure( plenty of others available so not an issue), and was unable to use the bath provided, but the shower was great

Easy access and check in. Close to the center of Ratingen. Calm area. Room could be cleaner, quite some dust and web around the bed, especially near the head which is not so nice. Also insect in the room because windows were open, I think for quite some time without anyone using the room. Shower was impossible to change temperature. It is an ok hotel but better a different room than on ground floor.

Extrem schlecht

- Langsames Internet, die Verbindung wurde ständig unterbrochen. - Da das Hotel ziemlich hellhörig ist und die Türen nur durch heftiges Zuziehen schließen, war das Schlafen eine Herausforderung. - Äußerst schlechte Kommunikation, was für ein Hotel ohne physische Rezeption und Personal vor Ort inakzeptabel ist. E-Mails wurden nicht beantwortet. - Bei der Buchung wies ich darauf hin, dass eine Rechnung benötigt wird. Trotzdem weigerte sich das Hotel, eine Rechnung auszustellen. - Zimmer sehr schmutzig (Staub und Brotkrümel auf dem Boden) und die orangefarbenen Kissen auf dem Bett stanken. - Es gibt Keine Möglichkeit, die Zimmertemperatur einzustellen. - Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, nicht zu empfehlen.

Overall,very good

The room I was in was very clean and the hotel is in a great location,a 5 minute walk to the town centre,my only concern was it was very hot in the room which had no air conditioning so had to put the not-so-quiet fan on

Schönes neues Hotel in sehr guter Lage

Neues Hotel in zentraler Lage, Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, sehr gute Kommunikation des Zugangscodes im Vorfeld. Hotel aufgrund des Designs etwas düster (Geschmacksache). Leider war unser Duschabfluss verstopft und im Badezimmer war eine Kakerlake, die wir aber erledigen konnten. Kann passieren. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel!
