"Booked for 2 nights, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The gala dinner, though expensive was excellent, music, dance, food, drink and service was exceptional. We stayed in two of the
luxury "Tents", which had all the amenities of a normal room and felt special. Close to shops and some restaurants, walking distance. Impeccable hotel, beautiful. Salon near by, really good gym. Winter so pool was out, but too cold in the evening. "

"Once upon a time, there stood a grand palace—home to kings and queens. Today, that very palace belongs to those who walk through its magnificent doors.
From the moment I stepped out of the car, I was transported into a fairytale. Every person working within these walls plays a part in crafting a world of wonder, ensuring each guest is swept into a realm of enchantment, if only for a few nights. And they succeed—beautifully, effortlessly, wholeheartedly.
They are the soul of the palace, the reason guests return time and again. They are the ones who breathe life into the kingdom.
Here are just a few names I remember—though I wish I could recall them all.
Rajnandani and Ishpreet both are guest relations (amazing) the front face of this amazing palace. Ram the driver, Ester at the spa, Chetan, Jakhang, Chand.
Thank you for a truly magical and unforgettable stay.
