"Just another over priced hotel. Charge a high price to stay there and then charge you for everything else. Coffee =$5.00 Really! They aren’t Starbucks."

"I booked this stay prior to reading reviews and was very disappointed by pretty much everything. The entrance itself is completely locked and did not feel very welcoming. There with some issues with check in and the staff didn't seem very welcoming. Our room was very outdated and also not very welcoming or comfortable. The bathroom was dirty- you could see hair on the floor as though it wasn't cleaned and scum in the tub. The sink wasn't draining and I didn't dare go into the actual tub. The bathroom door couldn't open fully because the toilet seat lid was too big for the toilet and it prevented the door from opening. Also the lid kept falling down on us. The bed was broken and slanted, mattress super uncomfortable and the entire bed squeaked very loudly. It didn't get very dark in the room so was hard to sleep as well as it being very loud with super thin and old windows. The room was muggy and when we put on the AC it made everything under it wet. The tv had very little channels w/basically nothing on. The fridge was super loud. No microwave. The to-go coffee cups had no lids and the heat protecter sleeves were too big for the cups. Parking is separate from building in a sketchy lot nearby. The main road is full of homelessness and lots of sirens. Nowhere for loading and unloading really accept the side of the road. It just went on and on and it overall was one of the worst stays I have had. Even the price was outlandish for what we got."

"Airport shuttle was convenient and quick. The breakfast buffet was cold. Cold eggs, cold bacon and cold sausage. Was overpriced as well. Would have been cheaper and better to just eat at the airport. Hotel room overlooks the parking lot, not the marina."

"From the moment we arrived, this hotel impressed us. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made a point of addressing me by first name, which was a lovely personal touch. The woman who checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful. I wish I had caught her name because she truly made a great first impression and deserves a shoutout! Being a brand new property, everything felt fresh and immaculate. Our room was spotless, and the views of Mt. Baker from the lobby and rooftop were breathtaking, especially during sunset. A special shoutout to Alejandra, who assisted us during breakfast. Her kindness made the morning meal a highlight of our stay. Also worth mentioning for those who are dairy-free, the coffee bar had oat milk available, which is something you don’t often see at hotels. A small but thoughtful touch! My family and I used it as our home base while spending time around Vancouver and Richmond, and it worked out perfectly. If you’re planning to visit those areas, it’s well worth staying here. Just be prepared for a short drive. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay again!"

"We were at 4th floor. It supposed to have a balcony but it wasn’t a balcony!! Windows were not sound proof. We were hearing the noise of street whole night. The water pressure of the shower was low. I was misunderstood by the hotel explanation of Expedia that parking is included but it was not. I paid 21$ for each night"
