"Very nice small hotel at beautiful location and excellent service."

"Great hotel, check in convoluted"

"War eine schöne Zeit"

"Alles super!"

"Good hotel and breakfast. Clean and close to city center. Only last day there was no warm water to shower"

"Very nice appartment with everything you could need. Nice building with lots of activities for the whole family. The only downside is that theres is a lack of parking spaces because the number of handicap spaces not being used is way too many."

"The breakfast was amazing"

"The pillows were amazing. The room was beautifully decorated. The woodland paths right across the street were fabulous."

"Excellent location for seminars and meetings."

"Pension Barbara is a very cosy and clean pension right next to the paths leading up to The Brocken. The hostess was very sweet and attentive, and we had a good stay. Schierke as a town is a bit dated and quiet in the autumn, when we visited. Is was difficulty to find a place to just have a couple of drinks etc. The national park, Brocken and paths are all excellent for a short hiking-holiday. Great nature, chalenging paths (if you want it), nice restaurant on the summit."

"Great location, great breakfast, great poolarea and a Nice room"

"Lovely hotel: beautifully decorated, nice patio area, delicious breakfast. Exceeded our expectations. Would have liked to stay longer."

"Service was great and the breakfast was delicious. Recommend for a budget friendly stay!"

"Kan ikke anbefale maden, vi havde halvpension. Ingen ski og cykler. Ingen spa og sauna. Thyra grotten var under renovation. Kan kun tysk. Meget flot by og flot natur. Helt stille og roligt nærmest mennesketom"
