Pot Hotel
I booked a room there but didn't stay. We checked in, walked down the hallway to our room and smelled pot in the hallway. We went in the room, put our bags down, turned the tv on and sat for about 10 minutes. Then we went back out to go eat and the pot smell was really strong then. We got our bags, went to the office and cancelled our room. The people at the desk said they couldn't smell the pot but it was so strong I don't know how they couldn't have. Do waste your time staying there as there are a lot of really good hotels down the road!

The true story of a 2 night stay.
Overall it was ok, there was NO Water for a little while in the evening. Frontdesk didn't have a definate answer as to when it would be turned back on. It did finally. It was out for about maybe close to an hour or less. Then I asked for an extra towel in the morning and they advised me they were out towels for the time being. The shower head was faulty and kept slipping down and off the holder for it which made it difficult to take a good shower. With these problems and no pool or breakfast, I will be staying somewhere else in the future.

The front desk staff and manager were very nice and understanding. The only complaint I have about the last couple of stays is the day of checkout the housekeepers were already knocking on the door between 8:30-9:30 am when checkout isn't until 11 am..

Staff tried hard with problems I encountered. Locks did not work properly, both room and side entrance. There three days and wit never was fixed. Liked I could have dogs there as I was there for a dog show. Would like a breakfast provided.

Good- inexpensive. Bad- had to have door and entry keys redone every time we entered. They have a kitchenette BUT No utensils, plates, glasses, pots, pans or serving utensils- very odd! How could one cook with no pots or pans. They charge $7.50 for breakfast- a frozen burrito or sandwich, orange juice and yogurt. Not tasty- don’t try it!

The staff sucked! Was not greeted when we showed up. Was on the third floor, people constantly arguing in the hall in the morning. The cleaning people never came to the room to change our towels or empty our trash. The staff was not friendly at all. Came down to get hot water for tea at 8am, no hot water. I would not stay there ever again!

I got a call at 7pm as I was approaching the hotel telling me they were overbooked and therefore canceling my reservation. No options or help was given, just told that I needed to contact the third party for my refund and to find somewhere else to stay.

I was disappointed, we didn’t have any soap in the bathroom, no coffee, and not as clean as I would have liked. There was also a very unpleasant smell in the hallway and the deadbolt on our door didn’t work. We have stayed here before without any complaints but this time I was not impressed.

Do not stay here. Waited 10 minutes for a worker to show up to front desk to check in. Front desk worker only seemed to care when his next smoke break was gonna be. Our room was missing a tv. Room was not clean, burn marks on spots in room. Hallways and room smelled like cigarette. Watched natives break into their car to get to their infant they locked inside the car along with the keys. Also was being watched by natives when gathering belongings out of car. Felt very unsafe there and didn’t want my car getting broken into. Decided it would be in my vehicles best interest for us to pack back up and find a different hotel to stay in. So if you don’t want your car getting broken into, then find a different place to stay

Room itself was good, some night bulbs burnt out and electrical receptacles completely worn out (charger plug fell out onto floor). Main complaint is noise transmission from floor above. We were in room 224, and the person/persons in the room above constantly jumped up and down and plodded heavily in work boots. We didn’t get much sleep. Unfortunately we are scheduled to stay there for two weeks in late September and that may be a big mistake.

worst hotel ever toilet didn't work the gave me a plunger to try to fix it didn't think it was my job. people fighting next to us at 2;00 Am no battery in smoke alarm no cable for the tv so tv didn't work bath tub didn't drain stains on the on the ceiling.

The room and beds were great! The staff was a little sketchy. Stand right outside the door and smoke, so you have to walk thru the smoke to get out. That’s a downer in my book

We showed up early to drop our things off before checking. When I walked in there was somebody sitting on the floor right in front of the checkout desk to me it looked like the other reviews that we read were true. Reviews were saying that it was a Haven for drug users. I walk outside to discuss with my girlfriend what we should do. At that time three of the staff came out and we were talking and they said that that was the daughter of their best housekeeper. We talked for awhile About what we read and they assured us that that wasn't the issue. They told us that the person had high anxiety and was going through an episode. we didn't feel safe to leave our belongings in the lobby unguarded. So we went about our business for the day we motorcycled up to Gillette Wyoming and we Received a phone call from supposedly the manager/ Owner from his own personal cell phone telling us that we were not welcome there. Apparently the staff that we talked to earlier told this person that we were saying bad things about His employee. He didn't wanna listen to what we had to say. We tried calling him back he did not answer. So we text him and gave him our explanation and Our side of the conversation. He text us back and said that if we text him again he was calling the police and having charges pressed against us.

There was no breakfast. No utensils in the kitchenette (plates,forks,pans, or glasses). There were only two very small bars of soap that only lasted for two baths. I had two people including the maintenance man look at the TV which was determined to have the wrong remote. You could only change channels with the up/down switch, no control over the sound and to turn off you had to unplug it. On the second day the maintenance man left to look for the correct remote and never heard from him again.

Appreciate Cesar at the front desk, but not hotel!
I cannot give a good review, because the hotel itself was not clean, not welcoming, and in disrepair. However, Cesar at the front desk tried very hard to accommodate us by letting us inspect 5 different rooms before we threw in the towel and went to another hotel. He also agreed to have Hotels.com call him so he could authorize a refund.

It filled our basic needs which is just what I wanted. The bathroom was clean with towels, the beds were made up fresh with sufficient pillows. There was hot water for a shower and it had a fun little kitchenette to serve our dining needs. I would definitely do a return stay when in this area again!
