"This was one of the best hotels we've stayed at and we will be back next time we are in Rapid City. The hotel was affordable, super clean, the staff was great in all areas (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast service). The breakfast was really good, changing slightly from day to day as we were there 3 nights. "

"The room was not clean when we arrived, although it had been released for us to occupy. The carpeted floor had not been vacuumed. There were peanuts on the floor and lint, etc. that had not been vacuumed. The bathroom had not been cleaned. There was a dried up contact on the tile floor. The breakfast was bordering on terrible. The eggs were cold, the oatmeal was cold. I had to find the breakfast attendant to notify her we needed forks. She was in the preparation room . . . sitting on a chair and texting on her phone. Will not stay at a Country Inn & Suites again. We had to check out a day early and we were not given a refund even though we were checking out prior to check-out time . . .stating we had booked for 3 days. I am sure they re-rented out paid for room, even though it was paid for by us."

"Found this place on our way back home. It was an amazing find! The room was spacious and beautiful. Our 13yo and my husband had a blast in the water park. The hotel was nice and quiet, even with lots of kids there. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Also, the lobby had a water dispenser full of lemon ice water, which was very appreciated from someone who is picky about city water. We would 100% stay here again!"

"I got a call from the property about an hour before check in letting me know they had double booked and I wouldn’t have my room available. Their team sprang into action and booked me a room at a neighboring property and refunded the reservation cost. In addition to the stay being at no cost, they even sent over a gift basket. Their actions proved to me that they truly put the customer first, even if they aren’t able to accommodate at their property. Amazing service recovery! You have earned a life long customer."

"I was there for my husband of 52 years funeral.We had 5 rooms and checked in only to find bed bugs.!!!! My daughter in law was bitten we took big to front desk and checked out.I was so embarrassed to tell family why we had left .Plus your ad said a restaurant and bar and guess what NOT there!!!!"
