Todo en general está muy bien y recomendable..solo seria perfecto si los colchones fuesen mas nuevos puesto que se unden mucho debido al uso..por todo lo demas perfecto

Hygiène à revoir

Appartement correct mais hygiène à revoir. Ménage non fait , drap pas propres du tout , taches et cheveux. Le gros problème c est le parking , obligé de payer 60€ pour 5 jours juste pour la voiture . Je ne recommande pas du tout cet appart hotel .

El apartamento es correcto, lo malo es que tienes que subir 79 escalones para poder llegar a los apartamentos, puedes también optar por coger prestado el ascensor de otros aparátame tos pero aún así te esperan 25 escalones más.

El alojamiento en si no está mal , portería huele a tuberías y para subir maletas es un poco royo por el tema del ascensor. La ducha para el agua caliente se acaba super rapido 3 duchas rápidas y se acaba el agua caliente. La piscina climatizada está templada . Por lo demás todo bien.

établissement propre et calme , très bon accueil de la part du personnel , appartement spacieux. Le seul problème est le parking payant ( 12 euros la nuit ) qui n'est pas indiqué à la réservation , sinon il faut aller se garer assez loin dans un autre parking payant.

Découverte de l ANDORRE

Nous sommes allés nous reposer en Andorre. L'appartement est bien situé entre le Pas de la Case et Andorre la vieille mais sans commerces alimentaires aux alentours, accessible à pied. La vue est superbe. Le contenu de l'appartement vaisselle, assiettes, couverts et multiprise pour brancher la cafetière, le micro onde et le grille pain sont manquants. Le lit est confortable les draps, couvertures, oreillers et serviettes de toilettes sont largement fournis. L insonorisation est moyenne mais cela ne nous a pas plus dérangée. Le souci, le parking il est à payer en liquide 12 Euros par jour. Très peu de place et difficile de manoeuvrer. Il y a un parking beaucoup plus bas et moins cher mais nous n'étions pas informés.

"Tranquilidad"

Es un pequeño pueblo de alta montaña, muy tranquilo. Ideal para descansar y relajarse. A pocos kilómetros está Canillo, con el palacio de hielo y el puente tibetano, el mirador Roc de Quelt o Mont Magic. Los apartamentos están bien cuidados, las camas son cómodas y dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. En verano es un lugar muy tranquilo. El apartamento cuenta con parquing pero también hay uno público (de pago) a pocos metros. En el pueblo no hay aparcamiento en la calle. Tampoco hay tienda por lo que es recomendable llevar todo lo necesario. Las vistas desde el apartamento son increíbles. Es un pueblo precioso.

Fue una sorpresa encontrar que han quitado todos los aparcamientos de la calle y luego te ofrecen un parquing para expertos en conducción a un precio desorbitado.

Volveremos a Andorra pero NO a estos apartamentos

El apartamento en si está bien, el acceso fue fatal, lleno de escaleras y si no quieres pagar los 12€ diarios de parking estás perdido porqué en la calle raramente encontrarás sitio. Hay un parking cerca que cuesta un poco más barato pero cuidado no cojas el ascensor porque nosotros nos quedamos encerrados en una ocasión. Tuvimos una mala experiencia con el apartaments porqué en un apartamento más arriba alguien tuvo una pelea doméstica muy fuerte, como las parades son de “papel” avisamos a la recepción por teléfono porqué la situación daba miedo y con niños pequeños no quisimos salir; tardaron mucho en venir y tuvimos que llamar nosotros a la policía porqué cada vez iba a más. Estábamos bastante asustados. Al ser de España estas llamadas han aumentado mucho nuestra factura telefónica y desde la recepción se han desentendido completamente y la disculpa que nos dieron sonó tan falsa que casi sonaba a burla. En fin, volver no volveremos y recomendarlo, menos aún. Entiendo que situaciones violentas de este tipo nos pueden pillar a todos desprevenidos y reaccionamos como buenamente podemos, pero tienes que cuidar a tus huéspedes y por lo menos que tus disculpas suenen sinceras, es lo mínimo, y no salir a la defensiva porque estamos quejándonos por el trato indiferente que recibimos. En fin, ahí lo dejo.

Calidad precio correcto

Hemos estado 4 noches, el apartamento está bien, limpio, los colchones y el sofá cama son bastante mejorables, el acceso a los apartamentos es bastante complicado sobre todo al llegar y al marchar ya que que hay escaleras para llegar al apartamento y con equipaje pues es bastante engorroso. Lo bueno es que tiene piscina cubierta aunque hay que mirar de no ir a horas punta ya que la gente pasa de todo y no mantiene las distancias (Covid19) mejores horas después de comer o antes de cerrar. Lo mejor de todo para mí es la situación, cerca de muchas rutas de montaña.

week end à la montagne.

Un week end en famille. Le point a revoir c’est la piscine qui ferme à 20h. Très tôt pour un pays de randonnés.

Por 73€ la noche no deberíamos exigir demasiado pensamos... pero, el olor a perro, los pelos en sábanas y mantas y la falta de limpieza general (el suelo se pegaba) creemos son mínimos exigibles. Nos costo un pelín encontrar los apartamentos que dependen de un hotel. Dormimos poco por una nevera ruidosa que finalmente apagamos. El buffet ‘normal’ y para los niños ‘bien’. La zona para los niños en el hotel (juegos piscina etc) bien.
