"Anything this location lacks in luxury is made up for in the solitude and peacefulness of the property. The Private hot tub overlooking a horse and sheep pasture was a great addition. Visually isolated from the road and from all other nearby properties. About 10km outside of town gets you away from the other tourists. "I loved this cottage and was so sad to leave! I have never stayed at such a comfortable and cozy place. We arrived late at night and it was such a breath of fresh air walking into the cottage. Everything was just perfect. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. We were close to the golden circle and south coast so a slow exploration of the area was possible. "

"We absolutely LOVED this cottage. Definitely our favorite of all the places we stayed in Iceland. The house was cosy and clean. The location was beautiful and we even came home one day to sheep in the front yard :). Can't recommend it enough."

"We enjoyed this property for our 2 night stay. The rental unit looks brand new and is furnished very well. It was probably the largest and nicest rental units we stayed in for our entire two week trip. It was nice to have the space! The only downside to this property is that it was out in the country, away from everything. So grab what you need before retiring for the evening.
