"Stayed for 2 nights in March, Adult family of 5 with 3 rooms. Checkin was super easy and the staff were really efficient, cheerful and very helpful. Hotel was spotless - best pillows of our stay :) The location was excellent, within walking distance to restaurants and bars and felt super safe. Breakfast was a great bonus, it was tasty and there was something for everyone. Spa was fantastic, just be aware of the upsales, but treatments were great! Would definitely stay again and would recommend. Thanks for a fab stay!"

"My recent stay at The Pivot Hotel was an exceptional experience from arrival to departure. We have always loved the vibrant energy of the Montecasino complex. Located in the heart of Fourways, it serves as a serene Mediterranean-inspired escape from the Johannesburg bustle. The Venetian-style architecture and the tranquil lake views create a unique "resort" feel. It’s a relief to step out of the high-energy casino environment and into the calm, sophisticated lobby of The Pivot.As always my room was spacious and spotless. The bedding was high-quality, and I particularly appreciated the welcome gift that had been left in the room for us. The staff were attentive from check-in to departure. Being just a short walk across the bridge to Montecasino is a huge plus. It provides easy access to world-class dining, theaters, and entertainment without the noise of the casino floor reaching your room. Breakfast at Punchinello’s was a standout. The variety of the buffet was impressive, and the terrace seating is the best way to start a morning in South Africa. We unfortunately only had the one night and had to move to our next destination. For those looking for a great hotel , the Pivot offers a level of quiet luxury that is hard to beat in the area. I would definitely return."
