"I stayed in this hotel couple of times and really like it! Room, the facilities, and their bath procedures - everything is excellent, the staff are always nice and polite !
However, during this last stay, I booked a massage. The massage is quite expensive. It was supposed to be a Thai massage, but honestly it was not like a Thai massage at all. At the same time, I would like to say that the massage therapist herself was very friendly and nice, but she performs the massage not that level.
I think the management should send her to some additional courses, or perhaps help her improve her professional level, especially if you are positioning the massage service at such a price point.
That said, I will definitely come back to this hotel again, but I will not book a massage next time."
