"We had a nice stay overall, and the front desk staff were wonderful—very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They even took the time to recommend a great place to eat within walking distance, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the musty smell in our room as soon as we walked in. It was noticeable right away and took away a bit from the overall comfort of the stay. I think addressing the odor and freshening up the room would make a big difference. Overall, the staff were excellent, and we appreciated their hospitality. With a little attention to the room’s freshness, this could be an even better experience."

"The room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable too. Front desk staff were friendly. The pool was clean The hotel offered an airport shuttle which was very welcome and useful. It's one of the reasons I booked my stay here. The hot tub was kind of dirty and the water was not hot. The jets worked fine. The public bathrooms in the hallway down stairs needed attention. there was no soap in mens restroom and toilet needed cleaning. In the women's bathroom the toilet would not flush as the handle was not working. I reported the bathroom issues to the front desk. The soap issue was taken care of immediately during my stay. The toilet did get fixed but after I had checked out. And I was told that they were working on issue with the hot tub and were looking to hire more staff so that there would be better upkeep."

"We were pleased with our stay here. The rooms and property were very clean, comfortable, and appeared almost new. The free breakfast was very good. I won't stay at a property again if they don't have good showers, and this one was excellent. All our interactions with staff were pleasant and helpful. We would stay here again."

"Breakfast was great, lots of options. Rooms were clean. Cleaning staff busy throughout the day vacuuming and mopping main areas. Laundry facilities were out of order which was disappointing since we were here 3 nights and it would have been nice to do some laundry before checking out. The pool area was fun for the kids but no hot tub for adults. Front desk staff were amazing, greeted us every time we came and went, super friendly and helpful."
