While trying to sleep a worker started loudly plastering the ceiling in the hallway right in front of our room. 9:30/10pm. The aircon was loud and turned on and off frequently. For a 400$ CND hotel I was very disappointed."

El único punto negro fue que el sistema de llaves se dañó y no tenían un plan de emergencia por lo que debían abrirle a todos los huéspedes sus puertas y eso generó cierto caos."

I reserved a two bedroom unit as I did not want to share a bedroom with my elderly parents who get up to use the bathroom all night long. When we arrived, there were two beds in the main bedroom and a second bedroom with absolutely nothing in it. "The pool was the only reasonable thing about this place, and the fact that it’s close to the airport. The beds are like rocks and the pillows are the same. The bathroom was very grungy, mould in tiles and really not that clean. The AC unit barely cooled the room and there is no mini fridge. Nice surroundings but close to main thoroughfare and restaurants and just across from downtown. (I brought a sleeping pill to sleep through the moderate street noise).
