Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
We booked this hotel as a Canadian in India for my wedding. Arrived at the resort and it was stunning. Checked in no issues. Then we got called to the front desk at 12 am the manager was on the phone stating they need a form C. I said ok I’ll fill it out. They didn’t have it. When I looked online the rules state that you have to submit it within 24 hours of check in. No issues can fill it in online but he wouldn’t accept that. Kept shouting at me that we had to leave at 12 am with a 13 year old and no idea where to go in the middle of the jungle. Definitely avoid this place if you aren’t an Indian citizen.
