General cleanliness of the room was poor for a country so high-tech the TV was old and there was no USB port in the room Also when the room was cleaned it wasn’t clean. Thoroughly marks were left on the shower door tissues were not replenished just missing that five star touch that they promise.

Service, cleanliness, food were highest level possible. Design is impeccable. Beautiful lighting and comfortable calm textiles music and smells everywhere. The clientele was extremely high and, no loud people hardly any smoking. There weren’t any open spaces to walk around or chill out- no hammocks, ...
