"We had been staying at a different hotel, but that entire property lost hot water so we needed to move somewhere else in a hurry because my entire family still needed to shower. Luckily the Comfort Inn and Suites had vacancies for a very last minute booking, and I’m so glad that they did! The lady that checked us in at the front desk was SO sweet and friendly. Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the water was nice and HOT!! Breakfast was delicious, and after breakfast my kids swam in the pool until check out and had a blast! We will definitely be returning to this property if we make any more trips to Ponca City!"

"All the staff we encountered were great! The room was nice and very comfy bed. The location was nice although there was significant road noise. There are a few areas that could be improved: There is barely any lighting in the bathroom vanity area which makes it a little challenging to see to get ready. Also the shower was nice and hot and had good pressure, but very uncomfortable to try and shave your legs. The provided Keurig was nice to have but they might need to switch brands of coffee. It was lacking any flavor. Overall we had a good experience and I would stay there again in the future if ever back in town. "
