Hotel was fine, clean and modern. The service? Not so much. I purchased a two night stay with breakfast included and this was apparently unfathomable by the staff. Upon check in I was told: we don’t serve breakfast, sorry you’ll have to contact hotels.com to get your money back. Mind you, not only am I a Marriott rewards member (with club access), there is a breakfast bistro in the lobby. I eventually got a manager to apologize for the confusion and say she’d provide us with vouchers in the morning. The next day, I literally had to relive this again and explain why the breakfast should be included. We received vouchers for one day and were asked to come back the next day for the other vouchers. Which, for principle’s sake, I did. And…I went through this aTHIRD TIME! Absolutely crazy that no one knows what’s going on in this establishment. Customer service is not a priority here.
