The pictures for this property are very deceiving. The floor is laminate that is falling apart. The floor is also extremely uneven. Especially in the kitchen, hall and living room. It is literally a trip hazard to walk from one end of the condo to the other. I searched for a room that could accommodate 6 people. The price quoted increased by $100 for having more than more than 4 people at checkout. Expedia lists a cleaning fee of $65 for the condo. My card was charged $100 without my consent. There is unsafe electrical outlets with exposed wiring. The second night we were there the folks on the first floor were smoking marijuana on their front porch. The assigned parking spaces were never available. I would not recommend this unit to anyone. It is far from luxury. The business practices of the owner are unprofessional.

Not so luxury 2bd condo

I think they should be more forthcoming with the cleaning fee and that there is not cable tv to watch. You have access to Netflix and something else which I understand it is 2018 but I'm not familiar with it. I wanted to watch the local news. NOT AVAILABLE THEN your assigned parking space is always taken by someone else but we didn't get towed for being in the wrong one so I guess it's good plus we had to prop a chair against the fridge to keep the door closed so alarm wouldn't go off I would call it a 2br condo in an apartment complex. Not a luxury 2br

Misleading listing, Unprofessional, Bad experience

This “condo” is not such at all. It is an apartment in a ran down neighborhood. The listing stated it was a hotel style building and that couldn’t be farther from the truth. When we arrived the surroundings and the building itself deterred us from even getting out of the car, let alone going inside, so I can not speak to the actual apartment itself. If safety and area of a location isn’t important to you this is probably a fine listing. If it is, steer clear. Ultimately we were not so upset about the actual state of the place, but that the listing seemingly lied. Once we decided we would not be staying there and notified the owner, he did not even so much as reply. Unprofessionalism on top of everything else has earned this a 1 star.
