It look like vomit was in the bathroom sink. It smells like Marijuana in the building. The hotel is old with no upgrades. I never stay there again.

hotel is very old and there was mold on the ceiling ties. shower needs to be renovated. bedding was clean though. breakfast in the morning was limited compared to other Comfort Inns we have stayed in. Given the price, this was not worth the stay because of cleanliness issues

Suppose to have a non-smoking room but I could smell cigarettes. No hand towel or wash cloths. Several ceiling tiles were not set in place. Expected better from a Comfort Inn.

Reserved 2 rooms many months in advance. When room prices sky rocketed in the area for a concert on the weekend we had reservations the Comfort Inn canceled our rooms (likely to make more money on other reservations). This left us to search for rooms in a sold out area.

The service was ok. The room was not. There’s mold growing on one of the photos in the bathroom. The keurig is set up IN THE BATHROOM. The sheets smelled weird.

Room needed attention. One decorative curtain was lying on the floor and a lamp didn’t work. I told the front desk about the lamp but nothing was done about it. Also there were no washcloths. When I asked we were given some. Then later while we were out someone came in and removed both the hand towels and didn’t replace them The bed was pretty comfortable but the bed cover was stained.

Easy access to restaurants and interstates. Look mug Very unsanitary and musty. Can see the outside through a broken air conditioner grate. Smelled cigarette smoke even though it’s a nonsmoking room. Stained sink. Dirty, used towel on the back of the bathroom door from a previous customer. Very sketchy. Would not recommend!

Got placed at this hotel by Expedia because the first one I booked was overbooked. We had to change rooms right away because of a bunch of hair on both beds. Second rooms bed (just one) was better but there was blood on bathroom walls and dirt everywhere. That night there was a fight that broke out in the parking lot at 2 am with a woman beating her grown daughter. Awful experience .

The air conditioner worked poorly and I notified the staff and nothing was done about it. I woke up sweating several times due to the AC poor operation. I also found roaches running around in the bathroom one night when I woke up from sweating to use the restroom. I notified the staff and the front desk person told me that since it was cool outside, that’s why the AC operated the way it did. That makes no sense. As for the roaches, the front desk person made it seem as if I was seeing things. The property staff and management had no intentions on addressing my issues and they made that apparent. They stated they would address these issues and did nothing. Terrible property that should be rated a 1 star property that charges 3 star rates.

OK for the short stay.
It was good overall; attendants were courteous and friendly. Free breakfast was good. However two things were not as pleasant: the AC was noisy and the fan was on all night. The bathroom was clean except for the toilet bowl; there was a pink ring around the water that I was able to remove with toilet tissue which means it wasn't cleaned often enough. Unsightly.

The facility itself is in need of painting & new room furnishings. Even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking building, it smelled of cigarette smoke & the smell of marajuana was heavy on the floor we stayed on. When I called down to front desk the man said he’d come up w/ air freshener instead of searching out the source. There was trash under one of the night stands & unknown stains on the duvet. Will not stay here again or recommend it to others.

I have ptsd. And this bldg kept my insides in a knot. When the elevator door closed it was soooooo loud. I have never such noise. Not only did I have to hear all the doors slamming. The darn elevator, which my room was beside. I’ll never stay there again. The bldg smelled old, musty. it needed to be thoroughly cleaned , wiped down with Lysol

The housekeeping lady is extremely rude and their whole housekeeping staff was very unprofessional. The room was filthy with dirt film all in the shower. The dressers were also filthy and dusty. They had to change my room and the only bright light was Chris working the front desk. The property management is horrible. I asked to use the guest bathroom that was locked when I first arrived and the housekeeping lady had this unbelievable attitude and she jams the key in and act like she didn’t want to be bothered. You don’t treat guests like that and if I was the manager she would be fired.

The room is decent for the price. The water in the shower is hot enough to burn your skin so be careful. It definitely needs to be adjusted. The TV did not have a remote we had to call for one. They were knocking on everyone's doors at 10 am to see who was in the room because the computer went down for a few minutes. Needs improvement.
