"When we first arrived i was happy with how quiet it was and that it appeared clean. Several hours later my entire positive outlook changed and it went from bad to worse.
First of all, our door was broken causing the key to work off and on and i didnt feel safe.We reported it to the desk immediately and 7 or 8 times over our 3 day stay. It was never fixed.
Next, the hot tub was out of order. The hot tub was one of the reasons we chose to stay there. We inquired whether it would be fixed but...

"Room wasn't clean. Dust all over the room. Bathroom with hairs, floor with dirt. Toilet bowl wasn't cleaned well. Dryer wasn't working well. Stayed 2 nights. Continental breakfast was awesome though. Variety foods were choose from."

"Quiet location tucked into the business section of Lake Oswego. Beautiful flowers and flower baskets everywhere. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Nice restaurants within easy walking distance.
A nice coffee bar better than most and a nice included breakfast."

"We had an excellent experience here. The room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. Plus, the location is fantastic—it was close to plenty of places within short walking distance, making it very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The TV in my room wasn’t working, so I couldn’t watch it on the first day of my stay. I was transferred to the technical support department and waited on the phone for quite some time, but the issue still wasn’t resolved. Someone eventually came to the room and fixed it, but the entire process took almost two hours. I appreciate that it was finally resolved, but the response time could definitely be improved."

"The room was clean and it was clean around the hotel, interior and exterior. Really close the tram and adjacent to walking trails. The area seems like it is recently getting revitalized. Pets are welcomed and everyone was great to us and the pets. Good grassy areas for the animals and like mentioned, next to paved walking areas. Staff was great and breakfast was good."
