The property itself is really nice. We had a nice room on the top floor. The room was large and comfortable. We were a little disappointed that the air conditioning wasn’t available until June ( our trip was in May) so the room was a little stuffy. Also there is a nice desk in the room but there was no outlet to plug in a device.

We had a wonderful stay here after visiting Plitvice National Park! The pool was relaxing and enjoyable. The food and wine were great and the staff was wonderful!

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Hot tub unavailable because empty and rooms are not that soundproof. Overall good stay.

I stayed here with my 2 teenage sons. Amazing facilities, lovely staff, beautiful restaurant and pool. We used this as our base to explore Plitvice National Park. Staff happy to advise on best way to explore park, etc. Only 7 mins from Entrance 1. Would have stayed here longer if we could. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at 16 Lakes hotel! The hotel was very close to a Plitvice entrance, which was perfect. The room was immaculate, the woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, and the pool was clean. Don’t miss the delicious breakfast! Highly recommend this property.

Excellent hotel, highly recommend. New, clean and fresh, hotel and room was in great condition. Restaurant was good and the breakfast well worth it, great selection of food for the money. Perfect location, only 10 minute drive to entrance 1. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Giving us tips on the route to follow the next day.

We stayed here one night and entered Plitvice park the next day. It was so conveniently close to the park. Our family really enjoyed our short stay there. The layout was perfect for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids). The front office receptionist was amazingly helpful and so kind from the moment we checked in. It truly was the best decision to stay at this hotel!

Great property option in the Plitvice Lakes Area
Absolutely gorgeous hotel, on a special sighting that overlooks the country. Great food options, staff is great, highly recommended as a base for visiting Plitvice Lakes.

Very clean and modern. Rooms were large and shower amazing. The restaurant was delicious, too. The staff was extremely helpful. The only downside was the room was quite warm and there were no instructions on how to operate the air.

Family Stay
The hotel was great, but the pool closes at 7pm. In the summer time the sun is still very high. Serval people were disappointed. Also, the hot tube needs to be reserved, but has to be drained and cleaned after each use.. So in reality, the tube can only be use maybe once or twice a day. Everyone was nice, then breakfast buffet was simple but great.

The pool closes at 7, we're aware it disappoints some guests but please understand dinners start at 7 so it would really bother at the terrace during that time + it needs to be cleaned. Great for short stay for Plitvice Lakes
Clean and friendly hotel with excellent position near lakes. Dinner food choices a little limited for non-meat eaters - we're pescatarians, and if staying >2 nights. Hot water running out by 19.00 day for shower (luke warm by then). Would recommend overall.

Lovely hotel close to Plitvice
Lovely hotel just 15 min drive from Plitvice Lakes. Great restaurant for dinner and relaxing pool area. Only negative was the noise in our room deluxe triple (11) lots of chair scraping on the balcony above and knocking and banging from the kitchen below. The rest of the hotel was very tranquil, guess we were unlucky.

The staff was fabulous and very attentive. They reached out to me several times with helpful information and to understand our arrival schedule. They gave us some great advise to buy the National Park tickets months in advance so we were assured that we could get in. They also gave us a local restaurant recommendation that were really enjoyed.

L'hôtel est neuf les chambres sont vastes et bien équipées. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter PLITVICE. Parking gratuit. Cadre agréable et calme. Le bâtiment est bien insonorise vers l'extérieur mais moins bien à l'intérieur pu il y a de la résonance. Petit déjeuner buffet ok.

Lovely new hotel with beautiful modern rooms in a beautiful setting near Plitvice Lakes. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Some things were not quite up to par, including a broken hair dryer and empty hand soap dispenser. But otherwise I highly recommend this property.
