"We stayed at the Hotel Cubo for 4 nights. We arrived late in the first evening and our room was a little stuffy. The staff upon being informed immediately took action to correct the issue. The efforts helped; however, we were completely surprised the next morning when the staff checked in with us at breakfast to see if their efforts had corrected the issues (they were proactive). We said it helped but the room was still a little stuffy. They then offered to move us to another room which we accepted and that room was comfortable and incredible. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was exceptional!! The hotel location is great being just outside the Old Town (you can drive up to it!). Old Town is a short (less than 5 minute walk) from the hotel. We would definitely recommend the hotel and will stay there again if visiting Ljubljana."

"Our room was adorable and so clean. The air conditioning worked really well! The rest of the hotel was beautiful and we liked the “old” feel of it. The woman on staff was so helpful, giving us gluten free restaurant recommendations and helping us with navigating places with our luggage. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel was ideal for our one week city break. Positioned right in the city centre, just metres from the river. The breakfast was truly excellent. We chose this hotel as, rarely for a city centre hotel, it had an outdoor pool besides which we spent some hours relaxing and soaking up the sun - and occasionally actually having a swim. The staff were all really helpful. My wife and I would unreservedly recommend this hotel as an ideal place to stay in Ljubljana."

"This hotel was very central and mostly everything was walkable. Rooms were spacious and very clean and all the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The breakfast had an excellent variety and choice. The only thing I would say, and this isn’t really a complaint, was that the air conditioning was behind the curtains which meant the cool air stayed at the window instead of circulating around the room."

"Good stay in a family room. It was clean, spacious and fairly quiet. The hotel is in a great location for central Ljubljana. The only niggle was the bed wasn't the most comfortable, but we were only there for a couple of nights."
